Privacy Policy – Screenaat App

Screenaat is committed to protecting your privacy and providing transparency regarding the data we collect.
This policy explains what data the Screenaat Android app collects, how it is used, how it is stored, and how it is deleted.
Important: The Screenaat Android app does not allow users to upload media.
Campaign media is uploaded and managed only through the Screenaat web dashboard.
The mobile app is used to download and display campaigns on the device.
1) Data Collected
The Screenaat app collects the following data to identify the device/screen, deliver the correct campaigns, and enable location-based campaign delivery:
- Device or other IDs (e.g., Android ID) to uniquely identify the device/screen.
- Device information such as manufacturer, model, brand, board, and hardware.
- Location data (approximate and/or precise) because location is required for the core functionality of the app and for location-based campaign delivery.
Note: The app does not collect your name, personal email, phone number, or contacts through the mobile app.
2) How We Use Data
- To identify the device/screen and associate it with the correct configuration and campaigns.
- To deliver and display the appropriate advertising campaigns on the device.
- To support location-based campaign delivery when required.
We do not use the collected data to track users across other apps or websites.
3) Data Sharing
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share collected data with third parties for tracking across apps.
4) Data Storage
- Some device-related data may be stored locally in an encrypted format inside app storage and/or a folder named
Screenaat, depending on your device and Android version.
- The app may cache downloaded campaign media (images/videos) on the device to support offline playback.
5) Security
- Data transmission is protected using secure connections (encryption in transit).
- We take reasonable measures to protect stored data from unauthorized access.
6) Uninstalling the App
- Data stored in the app’s internal storage (app-specific storage) is deleted automatically when you uninstall the app.
- If your device stores files in a public
Screenaat folder, those files may remain and can be deleted manually.
7) Account & Data Deletion
If your device/screen is associated with a Screenaat account created via our web dashboard, you can request account deletion and associated data deletion using:

8) Google Play Data Safety Summary
- Data collected: Location (approximate/precise), Device or other IDs, and general device information.
- Purpose: App functionality and advertising campaign delivery within the app.
- Data sharing: No data shared with third parties for cross-app tracking.
9) Permissions
The Screenaat app requests the following permissions to function properly:
- Location: Required for the app’s core functionality and location-based campaign delivery.
- Internet access: Required to download and display advertising campaigns.
- Storage / Files (if applicable): Used to cache downloaded campaign media for offline playback and store necessary encrypted device data.
All permissions are used only for the app’s functionality and are not used for cross-app tracking.
